The individual would perform handling, sorting, bagging, pickup and delivery of couriers, collection of payment and reporting of daily activities.

Clearance Support Agent

Clearance Support Agents are also known as Clearance Process Executives. Individuals in this role are staff who work in corporate offices and are responsible for assessing additional information required for shipment clearance, contacting the consignee/consignor to obtain the required documents and submitting them to the customs to get inbound/outbound shipment clearance.

Courier Executive - Operations

The individual is responsible for resolving customer queries by co-ordinating with various departments , feeding data into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and analysing them to generate reports. She/he will also undertake retail and institutional sales for courier and provide support for custom clearances for shipments.

Key Consignor Executive

Individuals are expected to drive the Liquid Medical Oxygen(LMO) tankers safely and efficiently on the assigned route. This role requires the individual to handle hazardous material and liquid medical oxygen. S/he should be able to handle most of the routine break downs that could likely be encountered while driving long distances and through difficult terrains.
