The individual at work monitors technical functioning of the plant to ensure the required storage parameters specific to product and ensures the plant operating parameters matches the product requirements, in the event of change in environmental conditions/variations in external conditions.
The individual operates liquid cargo trucks and is responsible for safe carriage and delivery of the liquid cargo. S/he should be able to maintain the vehicle and its documentation as required and assist in loading/unloading process.

The individual at work prepares refrigeration equipment maintenance schedule checklist and monitors its preventive maintenance. The person is also responsible to oversee service and repair of cold chain equipment like condenser, compressor and evaporators, provide manpower and material resources to maintenance technicians, train plant engineers on handling and maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
The individual at work is responsible for managing temperature sensitive logistics planning, strategic human resource management, supervise product handling and effective performance in cold storage plant.
